How long does it take for me to get my Certificate once I have completed my course?

The Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) certification documentation will be issued within thirty (30) days of the learner having successfully completed all course requirements, including:

• successfully completed all assessments and work placement (where applicable)
• having been deemed to be competent in all your areas of study
• meeting all your financial obligations
• having obtained a Unique Student Identifier (USI)

When your last submission is marked competent by your trainer, your course completion will filter through to our Compliance team for processing. They will carry out the mandatory completion checks before any certificates can be issued. This process can take up to 30 days and your certificate will then be posted to your confirmed postal address.  

Please note that due to copyright infringement reasons, we cannot provide you with a digital copy of your Certificate.
