This document outlines the roles and responsibilities of all those involved in your student journey with Upskilled. It details how our qualifications work, such as the policies revolving around RPL, credit transfer, and the recognition of acquired qualifications from other RTOs.

It will also explain how you will be assessed in your course – including the expected standard of competency, how to appeal an assessment decision, and the initial language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) evaluation one must take at the commencement of each course.

You’ll also be given details on the policies surrounding any cancellations, refunds, or transfers among our courses.  

Additionally, the pack also outlines the expected code of conduct among our students, and the disciplinary actions taken should one exhibit non-compliant behaviour.
