Expert trainers will guide them through engaging sessions and real-world scenarios. This course is designed to be completed with our Leadership facilitators either as face to face (over a 2day period) or virtually (4x half days run weekly).

Unlock Whole Brain Thinking with HBDI Profiles:

This program includes the option of adding HBDI® Profiles at $150 + GST for each participant. The online selfassessment is completed a week or so before the Leadership Program begins. Participants are given access to their results via the HBDI® App and online platform. A group debrief of their HBDI® profile is delivered on the first day of the program and informs the authentic, communicative leader approach. The HBDI® helps people understand themselves and others. The concept of Whole Brain® Thinking encourages participants to stretch their thinking and forms a great framework to clarify approaches to leadership practice.

Course Structure

Upon commencing this 2-day course, you will complete the following modules.

Building EQ - Emotional Intelligence

Explore the four elements of emotional intelligence, Johari's Window, develop emotional self-awareness.
Defining My Personal Values

Discover how values shape behaviours, define your values and engage in small group sharing.
Persuasive Communication

Whole Brain Thinking* Identify communication preferences, master Whole Brain Thinking, and adapt your communication style.
Managing Effective Meetings

Define effective meetings, explore formal and informal types, and develop engaging meeting strategies.
My Wellbeing

Define wellbeing elements, understand benefits, identify barriers, and create personalised wellbeing action plan.
Creating a Coaching Culture

Recognising coaching's value, cultivate a coaching mindset, apply a coaching model and practice coaching with scenarios.
Managing Conflict

Identify conflict solutions, manage emotions effectively, and respond assertively to conflicts.
Managing Time to Achieve My Goals

Assess time effectiveness, overcome time management obstacles and utilise the time management matrix.

Conclude with individual sharing, key takeaways, and a commitment to implement newfound skills for business communication excellence.

Cassandra brings a wealth of experience from diverse sectors like travel, pharma and retail including Priceline, Bunnongs, Optus, Mecca, Hello World Travel, Billabong and Swiss Health. She is also certified in Coaching, Neurolinguistic programming and is a qualified Mindfulness Coach.

Craig has been fostering success across industries like pharmaceuticals, retail and more. With pivotal leadership roles at ANZ, KPMG (USA & EU), Optus, Linfox, Coles and Priceline. His dynamic approach drives impactful and lasting change. He is also certified in MBTI, DiSC and Hogan Personality Profiling.
