From making initial inquiries about the course, to booking, establishing a traineeship with my employer, and receiving course attendance details, Upskilled offered a prompt, friendly, and efficient service.  

My increased knowledge of human resources has provided me with a greater understanding and awareness of the many functions within HR, and an increased confidence in my current role. The facilitator is fantastic, very motivating and encouraging. The course attendees come from a diverse range of companies and disciplines, including legal, IT, recruitment, and retail, and it has been interesting to share our experiences of how HR functions are carried out by different industries.
