The course allowed me to improve on things I was already doing well, and learn new skills to expand my range of abilities overall. It always easy to approach my trainer if further help was required and the venue was easy to access, and very comfortable. Another great thing about the course was only missing one day a month from the office, which meant I didn't fall behind on other important work. My state manager and I hope to continue our learning relationship with Upskilled in the future.
