I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learned so many things specific to my role (some which I have used already). It has also inspired me to continue learning. I recommend this course for my colleagues in property, particularly those in (or hoping to move into) development management and project management roles.

The course content would be extremely useful for anybody working in the property industry particularly residential development (DM/ PM role or similar). The course was well structured (and delivered) to support work/study/life balance.
The content covered included: stakeholder engagement, ICT techniques, HR techniques, project communication, quality management techniques, project cost-management techniques, time management techniques, scope management techniques and project risk management.

The course was delivered in separate modules- all online, and the assessment for each module was due fortnightly. Within each of the modules, there was a webinar and comprehensive study guide for each (including case studies, examples etc.) My trainer from Upskilled was the facilitator assigned to run and support the students doing our session. I cannot speak highly enough of him - he was engaging, relatable, knowledgeable and extremely supportive and helpful. Thank you, the experience was fantastic!
