Sarah Marshall

Sarah Marshall is the program coordinator for Business, Leadership & Management courses. She has worked in the vocational education sector for 15 years, holding positions both in the classroom and within operations. Having worked across various industries such as hospitality, retail, and disability, her wealth of experience has allowed her to hold positions within management in areas such as marketing, human resources, operations, and, most recently, compliance.

Joining Upskilled in early 2021 has enabled her to find a match for her inclusive training style and has allowed her to continue to build rapport with students where she can share her knowledge and passion for business.

While working in vocational education, Sarah has also maintained her own business of consulting with small and medium businesses on business and marketing plans and strategies, assisting them in achieving their visions. She has also worked with private RTOs on resource development, compliance, and implementation.

Sarah and her husband lead busy and occasionally chaotic lives with three children, but they have started exposing them to the travel bug. On weekends, you can also find her coaching basketball, having brunches, and enjoying Melbourne's AMAZING coffee!
