Arlaine Berman
Arlaine Berman has worked in information technology for several decades, both as a networking engineer and as a trainer. She has worked and taught across the technical and non-technical sides of networking and server management, which means she can explain a subnet and why the business should care.
She still works hands-on: Arlaine sets up and manages her own e-commerce website, and supports private clients with network and software management issues.
Her qualifications include:
- Microsoft Certified Trainer
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
- Microsoft Certified Product Specialist
- Oracle Certified Administrator
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Vendor certifications matter here for a specific reason: they are the same credentials employers ask for. Arlaine has sat the exams her students are working towards.
