How to become a Training and Development Manager
If you want to pursue the role of Training and Development Manager, you'll ideally need a bachelor's degree in either human resources, business administration, education or psychology. While a higher-level qualification is preferred, you can make a start in training and development by undertaking a course through VET education.
Courses such as BSB50320 - Diploma of Human Resource Management or BSB50120 - Diploma of Business (Organisational Development) are great education pathways if you'd like to get started in the training and development field.
