• Discuss development requirements with staff through performance management systems
• Lead or provide access to training programs to suit a range of developmental needs

• Support staff and management as required at times of operational change

How to become a Training and Development Manager

If you want to pursue the role of Training and Development Manager, you'll ideally need a bachelor's degree in either human resources, business administration, education or psychology. While a higher-level qualification is preferred, you can make a start in training and development by undertaking a course through VET education.
