How do I apply for Higher Level Skills program (Queensland) funding?

The Higher Level Skills Program is a Queensland Government* training initiative, funded by the Queensland Government. Qualifications are delivered by Nationally Registered Training Organisation, Upskilled Pty Ltd, RTO 40374.
