Richard Badolato

Richard commenced with Upskilled in 2010 as an Education Consultant, advising prospective students on suitable courses matched to their career goals.  Richard progressed into a team leader role, responsible for coaching and KPI tracking across a team of Education Consultants. In his current role as Student Recruitment Development Manager, Richard works closely with the Student Recruitment Manager. He provides induction, training and coaching to assist in developing the recruitment division to meet their KPIs.  Before Upskilled, Richard honed his customer service skills within the hospitality and tourism industries. He was also a small business owner for some time.
