Just wanted to get in touch and let you know of an unexpected benefit my workplace received through my undertaking this course. After section two (Develop teams and Individuals), I returned to my workplace enthused; and undertook to bring our workforce up to date with its required qualifications.

We are currently in the process of licensing the entire hangar staff in their mandatory forklift operator and elevated work platform licenses. Although we did have current licensed people to supervise those who are unlicensed, it is great to have the entire staff licensed in case of absences, etc. Thanks for delivering an excellent course in a fun and informative environment.
