Upskilled's Diploma of Management course has given me the knowledge I need to build on my experience to be successful in my new role. Finding a training solution to fit around my work and family life has been a challenge, but Upskilled's format was perfect for me. 

Now I have the skills to manage my staff more effectively and to build better relationships with my staff to ensure we meet our goals. Since completing the course I can comfortably say that the skills and knowledge that I have learnt with Upskilled will certainly help me in becoming a more complete manager. I have now also enrolled in the Diploma of Business and look forward to completing this qualification with Upskilled.
