My trainer’s training skills, his interaction with his trainees, and the way he uses students' line of work to make the topic interesting was second to none. I actually didn't feel like I was at a training course: there was no reading from manuals or over-reliance on materials.

The methods I acquired from my trainer have made a massive impact on the way I conduct my team. I am a hands-on leader and find it very hard not to take on workloads as opposed to delegate. My trainer has not only empowered me, but empowered my staff to take initiative and seek results. As a result of my findings to both HR and senior management, we have already had two more applications to the same course.
