How do I know who my trainer is?

• On the right hand side Messages box, click Messages
• Then on left hand side click the dropdown arrow in Message navigation
• In the dropdown box, under Courses, you will be able to select the Course you are enrolled in
• Once you have selected your Course, you may see a list of participants, as well as the name of your trainer
• The trainers name will be accompanied by the word ‘(trainer)’
• Select your trainer, then 3 icons will appear.
• By selecting the ‘+’ sign you will be able to add your trainer as a contact
