This course will provide in-depth coverage of the following topics:
Digital Leadership - Asynchronous Teams (5 x 1 hour virtual sessions)
Barriers to Engaging Digital Teams: Learn the barriers to engaged digital teams and how to overcome them.
Microsoft Teams Productivity: Master the basics of Microsoft Teams for enhanced productivity.
Efficient Meetings & Work: Reduce and improve meetings and asynchronous working techniques.
Leading Hybrid Teams: Lead hybrid and flexible teams to avoid digital burnout yet stay connected.
M365 Leadership Skills: Learn communication and collaboration skills for modern leaders in M365, including how to leverage Copilot.
Digital Leadership Coaching - Synchronous Teams (Face-to-Face or Virtual)
Trends in Modern Digital Working: 30 minutes: Introduction to key practices that are effective in improving collaboration, productivity, and saving time in Microsoft 365.
Discovery Workshop: 2-hour discovery session: Identify specific issues impacting work. Explore opportunities to improve work based on increased digital maturity. Surface barriers to any potential new practices.
Skills Workshop: 2-hour training session: Identify and implement key practices for confident, digitally skilled teams. Practices, including asynchronous working, meeting optimisation, and faster decision-making, are collaboratively defined during the discovery workshop. Expect to adopt five to ten practices from a curated set of about 50 Digital Team Builder strategy and everyday practice cards.
Plan Presentation (in person only): 30 minutes: Agreement and presentation of a simple plan of skills and techniques participants have agreed to adopt – each participant presents their plan.

There are no strict prerequisites for enrolling in the Digital Leadership Coaching course. However, to maximise the benefits of the training, it is ideal for participants to:
- Have basic proficiency in English

- Have access to a computer or device with internet connectivity for virtual classroom participation
